We have the privilege and the honour to welcome you all to the 5 IEEE IEEE International Workshop on Performance and Management of Wireless and Wired "on"Mobile Networks in Zurich, jointly with the LCN conference. Over the years, P2MNet has consolidated to become a major event in the performance evaluation of heterogeneous wireless and wired networks. Thus, let us first offer our special thanks the whole LCN Organizing and Steering Committee, for their hard work to make P2MNet such a successful event and for giving us the opportunity to organize the 5 edition of the workshop.
